Army Highlights Factors Affecting Commissioned Officer Promotions

The Nigerian Army has identified several factors that may hinder the regular promotion of commissioned officers, shedding light on the importance of career planning and performance during training. Major General Folusho Oyinlola, the Military Secretary of the Army, addressed these concerns while speaking to the press on the sidelines of a Career Planning Sensitisation Lecture titled 'Career Planning for NA Officers' for 6 Division Nigeria Army Officers in Port Harcourt.
