JAMB Implements New Admission Process for Tertiary Institutions

  1. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has introduced a new directive that centralizes the admission process for various tertiary institutions.

  2. Tertiary institutions are no longer permitted to independently sell admission forms for programs such as First Degree, National Diploma, and others.

  3. Instead, all admission processes must go through JAMB. The decision aims to enhance the transparency and regulation of admission procedures.

  4. JAMB will collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure the policy's successful implementation.
